Textiles Waste Re-Cycling Project
A complete zero-waste line that regenerates fibre from waste generated by the textile industry — cutting machine, fibre processing, fine processing and bale pressing.
Stage 1 — Input: cutting machine
Foreign object removal and segregation from the textile waste. The contamination-free waste is fed through the conveyor for cutting to a specific range.
Stage 2 — Fibre processing
Cutting waste feeds into the primary feeder followed by the primary opener. Material passes through gauging 1 which crushes it, then enters the secondary opener. The extractor then extracts fibre and removes micro-dust.
Stage 3 — Fine processing
Fibre from the extractor feeds through finisher 1, 2 and 3 for fine processing and carries over through a delivery conveyor.
Stage 4 — Baleing
Regenerated fibre from stage 3 is conveyed to the bale press machine in measured quantity.

Bast Fiber Cottonising
Paradigm shift from synthetic to natural fibers for textile industries. Bast fibre consists of cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin and lignin — a natural fibre with a golden, silky shine, hence called the ‘Golden Fibre’.
Why now
Demand for sustainable and environment-friendly products is progressing rapidly. With high alert given to climatic change, focus has shifted to the life cycle of materials used across all sectors — production, recycling and disposal. This causes a paradigm shift back towards natural fibres, now arising again with innovation hand-in-hand with technology.
