Handling line
Dust Remover
Separation unit that draws micro-dust and light contamination away from the fibre stream so downstream fibre stays clean.

About the Dust Remover
The Dust Remover handles the dust side of a fibre processing line. As fibre is conveyed between machines, micro-dust and light trash are drawn out of the stream so the fibre arriving at the next stage is cleaner.
Dust removal is designed as part of the line's airflow system rather than as a standalone box, so duct routing, airflow and fan sizing follow the machines it serves and the layout of your plant.
The Dust Remover is part of the airflow and dust control system on our fibre lines, separating micro-dust and light trash from the fibre being conveyed. Airflow volume, duct sizing and fan rating are set against the line it serves.

Technical specifications
The Dust Remover is engineered per project. Working width, drive rating and output are confirmed with the quotation once your material and target throughput are known — we do not publish indicative figures.
Dust Remover — frequently asked questions
- Does the Dust Remover work with existing machines?
- Yes. It is engineered around the line it serves, so it can be planned into a new line or added to machines already installed.
- Are airflow figures published?
- Airflow, duct sizing and fan rating depend on the line. They are confirmed with the quotation.
