About the Fiber Extractor

The Fiber Extractor is our flagship fibre line machine, built to separate usable fibre from banana stems and similar agro-waste before it is washed, dried and processed further.

Each unit is fabricated to order in Coimbatore. Roller configuration, frame size, drive rating and colour are set around the material you run and the space available on your floor, so the machine fits an existing line as easily as a new installation.

Built around a hardened beater drum and adjustable feed plate so fibre length and cleanliness stay consistent across stem thickness. Available as a single-roller village unit or a twin-roller production model, with washing and drying racks supplied on request.

Yes. The single-roller build suits small and village-scale extraction, while the twin-roller model is intended for continuous production output.
Do you supply washing and drying equipment with the extractor?
Washing and drying racks are supplied on request alongside the extractor so extracted fibre can be finished on site.
